Requirement:

4. Good communication skills either in English or Bahasa in all position (other language is a plus advantage)
5. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other equipment (5)
6. Respond to guest room maintenance requests (5)
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas (5)
8. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair (5)
