Requirements :
• A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Proactive, self-driven and always with a passion to learn.
• Strong leadership skills, problem solving and organizational skills. Highly organized with projects and result oriented
• Excellent communication with subordinates & colleagues with great teamwork spirit. Highly skilled in teaching and training.
• Love working in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure and with a target.
• Meticulous attention to details in general housekeeping and interior decorating.
• Positive attitude and charming personality.
• Fluent in English, other language is a plus.
• Disciplined in reporting and proactive communication with the direct Manager Operations.
