Requirements:

Maximum 45 years old.

Hold Bachelor degree (S1), from any discipline.

At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.

Preferebly has experience as regional sales manager specializing in sales - retail of flour or FMCG.

Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skill, and developing customer.

Creative and persistent in elaborating new ideas.

Proactive in finishing given tasks.

Hard worker, team work, solution finder and able to work under high pressure.

Posses excellent command in English, oral and written.

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales target of business in each region. 

Reporting and monitoring every plan and activity of total sales area of business in weekly and monthly basis.

Maintain relationship with existing customer.

Handle complaint from customer for the service level.
