The Operation and Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational and financial activities of the organization or department. This role requires a combination of financial expertise, operational knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure efficient resource utilization and effectiv coordination between departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a

supervisory or managerial role. Experienced in Bank Industry or Financial Services Industry is a plus.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and budgeting processes.

Familiarity with operational management, supply chain, and logistics concepts. Proficiency in financial software and tools & MS Excel

• Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willing to do a business trip
