Proven experience in HR-related roles, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, laws.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Customer service-oriented with a desire to assist employees.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
