Requirements:
💼 Managing organizational HR and employee

📚 Developing training programs for staff
💻 Expertise in software (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Spreadsheet, etc.)
🏢 Overseeing the activities and performance of all staff
🤝 Wide network with CSR for supporting events
📆 Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
🗣 Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
📑 Understanding of labor and BPJS regulations

General Requirements:
🎓 Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable institution
📆 Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4-5 star hotel
💬 Able to converse in English
