🔧 Operations Lead

Requirements:

Gender: Male, Max 30 years old.

Responsible for Field Operations, Field Productions, and Hospitality

Management of hospitality, including accommodation & transportation for external parties 🏨🚗

Responsible for developing and implementing operation strategy 🌐

Overseeing and implementing production works 🎥

Bachelor's degree qualification, preferably in Business, Finance, Operation Management, Economics, and Engineering, but not limited to all majors

Experience in event organization is an advantage 📅

Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English 🗣️🌐

Flexible mobility within Indonesian areas, especially Jakarta, Bali, and West Nusa Tenggara 🌏

Self-driven, fast learner, and adaptable to work independently 🚀
