CHOP VALUE IS HIRING: SHOP MANAGER

Responsibilities:

🗓️ Create and manage staff shift schedules to ensure efficient store operation.

👥 Lead and supervise the team, providing guidance and support.

📦 Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained at the shop to meet customer demands.

🧹 Uphold store standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and appealing displays.

💵 Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash management procedures.

🛠️ Report any repairs or maintenance needs to the management for timely resolution.

🌟 Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

📚 Assist in training new staff, ensuring they understand standard operating procedures (SOP) and proper use of machines.

Requirements:

🎨 Previous experience in graphic design will be an advantage.

🛠️ Experience/familiarity with Trotec laser machines will be preferred.

🗣️ Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

📞 Strong communication skills to effectively interact with the team and customers.

📍 Willing to be placed in Ubud, Bali.
