VILLA MANAGER/ASST. VILLA MANAGER

🔹 Responsibilities:

🏠 Oversee every aspect of villa operation

👥 Manage villa staff performance

📊 Handle sales for OTA (short term bookings) and long term bookings

🏡 Acquire new villas for our expanding portfolio

🤝 Interact with guests, ensuring a wonderful and memorable experience

🔄 Work with OTA bookings and manage product sales

🌙 On-call for guest emergencies at night

📝 Manage guest reviews

🤖 Interact with guests daily

🔍 Find new villas for management

🔄 Flexible availability per guest requirements

🍽 Manage small F&B and in-house spa

🔹 Qualifications:

🗣 Speak fluent/conversational English

🌐 Minimum 2 years of similar experience

💼 Honest, service-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a good team player

🌐 Excellent leadership and management skills

👥 Ability to manage and interact with diverse staff and guests

🧠 Strategic and proactive thinker; problem solver

💬 Ability to deal with queries from owners and guests

🧹 Maintain high standards in staff management, cleanliness, and villa maintenance
