We are looking for an experienced and skilled Barista to join our passionate team.

☕ Deliver an exceptional coffee experience to our customers.

🍹 Crafting various coffee beverages

🏰 Managing the coffee bar

👩‍🍳 Helping junior barista develop their skills

📋 Requirements

🌪️ Fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

🌟 Leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate junior team members

☕ A passion for coffee and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends

🎓 High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in coffee-related courses or barista competitions are a plus.

📅 Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Barista

🤓 In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, roasting techniques, and coffee preparation

🤝 Excellent customer service and communication skills

⚡ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
