 Role Description

 

We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor for our property located in Lombok. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that the property is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and order, coordinating schedules and supervising cleaning staff and ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to.

 Qualifications

 

At least 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills

Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with others

Experience in the hospitality industry and/or luxury property management

Fluent in English; additional languages is a plus

Must be willing to work in Lombok, Indonesia
