Our mission: to pave the way for a healthier future by addressing maternal and infant mortality within routine prenatal care. With over 42,000 pregnant women and 500 dedicated field staff engaged from 2001 to 2004, the project's transformative potential was undeniable.

Job Description 
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Employ a diverse range of recruitment methods, utilizing online platforms and traditional approaches to attract a wide pool of candidates.
Forge and maintain partnerships with universities to conduct targeted recruitment efforts, including career fairs, campus visits, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.
Effectively juggle multiple vacant positions, demonstrating strong organizational skills to prioritize roles and ensure timely fulfillment.
Leverage social media platforms to craft engaging job postings, optimize outreach, and attract qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds.
 Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and insights on recruitment metrics and progress.


Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 year's experience in end-to-end recruitment, including hands-on experience with onsite recruitment at universities and managing group or massive hiring initiatives.
Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Management, or a related field.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
Creative thinking and strategic approach to sourcing talent.
Familiarity with various social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resource strategies and expertise in staff and organization management.
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
Domiciled or willing to relocate to Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara
