Main Responsibilities:
Maintaining quality and service standards
Hiring, training, and managing operational staff
Deliver excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
Interacting with guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
Supervising and maintaining restaurants cleanliness to meet hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures
Create creative and innovative promotion to meet the target given by management
Maintain accurate records of transactions, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback
Perform other duties assigned by management
Willing to work in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok
Qualifications:
Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
Strong management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Adequate computer skills for managing POS systems and basic office tasks
