Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in a hotel and in spa management 

• Delivering 5* service to all clients 

• Team Leader, professional and vibrant confident demeanour 

• International Qualification 

• Maintain health, hygiene and professional spa appearance 

• Exceptional sales & marketing skills 

• Extraordinary communication skills with creative flair 

• Full knowledge and understanding of Spa operations and business 

• Good with handling guest queries and complaints 

• Flexible, reliable and strong administrative skills 

• Must be able to do financial reviews and reporting 

• Organisational skills, evaluating, co-ordinating, marketing and planning 

• Accountable: be able to see a task to completion 

Responsibilities

• Flexibility and reliability – ability to work overtime and outside of normal working hours to accommodate the needs of the business 

• Responsible for achieving retail sales targets and must be able to evaluate the spa’s performance review and financial analysis 

• Guest service orientation by maintaining the highest standard of guest service by following international protocols and displaying genuine care and attention to detail 

• Update own knowledge of products and treatment brand standards, outside of formal training 

• Assist in marketing events, workshops, training and skin centre tasks 

• Monitoring spa inventory 

• Day to day responsibility of equipment products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment and preparation areas 

• Managing of staff and their training and development 

• Therapist assessments 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability efforts undertaken by the spa 

• Set goals and objectives for the upcoming quarter or a year 

• Good communication with other hotel departments
