Hiring Repair and Construction Specialist

About the Company: Alpha Real Estate is a dynamically developing real estate agency on the island of Bali. Our activities include property management, subletting services, as well as renovation and construction.

Responsibilities:

- Painting walls and wooden surfaces

- Repair and maintenance of air conditioners and water heaters

- Replacement of tiles and plaster

- Carrying out various repair and construction work as necessary

Requirements:

- Experience in construction and renovation

- Attention to detail and quality of work

- Technical problem solving skills

- Ability to work in a team and independently

- Basic spoken English to understand each other.

Working conditions:

Project type employment is when we rent new housing for rent, and it needs to be completely restored and put in good shape as soon as possible in order to start receiving guests.

And also one-time work - this is when something breaks in the housing in which guests already live and needs to be repaired urgently.

Payment is piecework. In each case it is calculated individually.

Mostly all housing is located in Ubud, there are also in Canggu and Denpasar.
