📌 Responsibilities:
📊 Assist in critical financial administration by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances.
📑 Prepare necessary tax paperwork and reports in adherence to regulatory requirements.
🌐 Stay informed about industry trends and changes in tax laws to ensure compliance.
💼 Manage invoices, conduct bookkeeping, and oversee office petty cash.
💰 Monitor and analyze company funds, ensuring financial health and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
🔄 Implement and maintain efficient payment processes, optimizing financial workflows.
🤝 Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to streamline financial procedures and enhance fiscal efficiency.
⏰ Effective time management and meeting of set deadlines.
🎓 Qualifications:
🔍 1-2 years of experience in Indonesian Accounting & Taxation.
💻 Proficient in using Xero systems.
🗣️ Fluent in spoken and written English, confident in using it for work.
🎓 Bachelor's degree major in Accounting, or related work experience in Accounting.
🖥️ Competent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
🌱 Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
🧐 Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
🚀 A proactive attitude and drive to succeed.
🤝 Able to work amicably and productively within a team.
📍 Work from office (located in Seminyak, Bali).
