📅 3 years experience as a head chef
👌 Excellent kitchen management in progressive corporate leadership roles
🏢 Corporate experience in a multi-unit restaurant company with over 5 locations
💼 5+ years of experience leading and developing kitchen staff at various levels
✈️ Ability to travel extensively to each branch/unit
🎤 Requires excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
🏆 Proven success in a team environment is essential
