MAIN KEY REQUIREMENTS:

🕒 1-2 years of experience in the same field.

🗣️ Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

🌐 Good leadership qualities for all managerial and head positions.

🍸 Great knowledge of cocktails mixology, trends, equipment purchasing and operation, and mastery in developing a bar menu, including wine and cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) - Bar Manager

💪 High-intensity work experience with a large number of guests, ability to communicate and react instantly to the situation - Floor Manager

🍝 Basic food service techniques, standard administrative tasks, experience with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine will be an advantage, organization, and control of the entire kitchen process - Head Sous Chef

🥖 Organization and control of the entire process of the bakery and bakery pastry sections - Bakery Sous Chef
