Some of your duties will include:

This role will report to Senior Advisor Technical; responsible to provide technical expertise to support Site Operational Director in achieving the goals and objectives of the company. No direct/indirect subordinate is expected for current stage.

The role will require the ability to manage multiple technical disciplines and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Provide technical advice and guidance on all technical matters related to site operations.

Provide technical expertise in the evaluation and selection of equipment, systems, and materials.

Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and problem-solving efforts to resolve technical issues that impact site operations.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to site operations.

Develop and implement technical strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective site operations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Chemical) or related field;

Have minimum 15 (twelve) years professional experiences on technical matters pertinent to the mining mineral processing industry ; At least 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role in similar role;

Strong understanding and implementation on metallurgical, process engineering, mechanical, electrical, and chemical management, especially in Copper & Gold mining business process;

Strong technical knowledge and experience in multiple disciplines such as metallurgical, process engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical;

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously; Experience with project management methodologies and tools; Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
