📋 Requirements:
🎓 Min. holds a bachelor's degree (S1) from any major in reputable Universities
🌟 1-2 years' work experience (Preferably from the Garment Industry)
📚 Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
👕 Prior experience in merchandising and purchasing manager, especially in Garment Industry
💪 Possess strong negotiation skills for win-win solutions with partners
🗣️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
📊 Strong analytical skills; comfortable with numerical data
🤝 Able to thrive in matrix environments; adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders
🌐 Fluent in English, both verbal and written
🌟 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
💻 Proficient in using SAP System
🔍 Detail-oriented
👥 Good team worker
🌪️ Able to work independently and under pressure
