Yayasan Senyum Bali is looking for an experienced & enthusiastic Operations Manager who is willing to work with craniofacial disabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

❤️ Has a big heart and smile

🌐 Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

📊 Has knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

🗣️ Excellent communication skill both in Bahasa Indonesia & English

💻 Excellent computer skills, Familiar with financial principles (knowledge in accounting/ABBS is a bonus)

🤝 Excellent networking skill with government bodies and private sectors

📝 Experienced with project proposal writing & report

🤲 Familiar with fundraising and NGO's

🎓 Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

🌟 Leadership ability & outstanding organizational skills

💪 Self-motivated, able to work independently & as a team, creative

🕰️ Flexible hours (possibly available during the weekend or after hours)

✈️ Ready to travel (to different places of East Nusa Tenggara Province and beyond)

🚗 Holding SIM C/A and has own transportation
