🔍 Requirements:

📚 Minimum education: vocational school/high school.

⌛ At least have 1-3 years experience as a Security.

🛡️ Have "Grada Pratama" Certification.

💬 Have good communication, integrity, assertiveness, and responsibility for every job.

👮‍♂️ Job Descriptions:

🚨 Supervise and monitor visiting guests around the property to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

📹 Operate and monitor security systems (CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems) to detect and respond to potential threats.

🚶 Conduct regular patrols around the property to ensure that all areas are safe and without irregularities.

🚒 Ready to respond to emergencies (fire, intrusion, or other emergencies) by responding quickly and effectively.

🤝 Coordinate with external security forces (police or private security services) if necessary.

🚗 Conduct checks on vehicles and guests entering the property to ensure safety.

👤 Ensure the personal safety of mansion residents by protecting against potential threats.

📡 Manage and monitor electronic security systems (CCTV cameras and access control systems).

🤲 Respond to and resolve conflicts or confrontational situations peacefully and professionally.

📝 Create reports regarding security activities, incidents, or irregularities for documentation and security evaluation purposes.

🚑 Coordinate with emergency services (such as police, fire, and paramedics) to ensure rapid response in emergencies.
