Some of your duties will include:
Responsible to control and monitor the movement of cargo at the port's offsite storage and marshaling areas
To ensure that cargo is properly sorted, consolidated, and prepared for transportation to the port. This role is also responsible for ensuring that all relevant documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner; work closely with the port logistics operation team and third-party logistics providers to ensure that cargo is efficiently and effectively managed.
Verify and reconcile shipment information to ensure accuracy of data;
Maintain accurate records and document all cargo movements and transactions;

Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency;
Comply with all safety, security, and environmental regulations
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Have minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in logistics operations or related field as Officer Offsite Marshaling; Have exposure in a large mining organization in related area is preferable;
Have knowledge of port logistics and transportation industry practices and regulations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software).
