Luxury Resort General Manager - Gili Trawangan, Lombok

Position Overview: As the General Manager of our new luxury resort on Gili Trawangan, Lombok, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience and driving operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced, luxury, hospitality leader with a proven record in international 5-star resort management. 

This role requires extensive International work experience as well as 5-star luxury resort management experience with a strong rooms background.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Operational Management:

Oversee all aspects of resort operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient day-to-day functioning.

Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.

Guest Experience and Satisfaction:

Champion a guest-centric culture, consistently exceeding guest expectations and fostering a reputation for excellence.

Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, driving positive reviews and repeat business.

Financial Performance and Revenue Management:

Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue generation and profitability.

Monitor financial performance metrics, implement cost-control measures, and optimize revenue streams.

Team Development and Talent Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and empowerment.

Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to nurture talent and drive career progression.

Skills and Qualifications:

International Five-Star Resort Management Experience.

Extensive International Work Experience.

Strong rooms background.

Leadership and Strategic Vision.

Strong Guest Focus delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Strong understanding of financial management and profitability principles.

Adaptability and Resilience.

Pre-opening experience will be highly valued.
