Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for conducting comprehensive information system audits to ensure compliance, security, and operational effectiveness. This role also involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing in-house applications and dashboards to enhance internal audit functions, streamline reporting, and support data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Conduct audits and compliance testing to ensure that plans, policies, and procedures operate effectively with appropriate controls and recommend improvement where necessary.

Review and evaluate internal procedures and supporting documentation to ensure they provide an effective control system and identify any weaknesses.

Carry out reviews of specific functions and processes to promote an independent and consulting activity designed to add the best value and recommend improvements.

Treat all information received as confidential and do not discuss anything outside of internal audit circles without prior permission.

Carry out audits and perform ethics investigations assigned to Internal Audit. 

Ensure all requests for IT Assets and IT Access for new employees are fully approved according to actual in-the-field.

Ensure all IT assets and IT access (network access, system success factors, email accounts, and cardax) are no longer accessible to employees who have resigned or been laid off.

Understand the server room or IT infrastructure related to room temperature and access to the room.

Have experience auditing User Access Management, IT Infrastructure & Networks, Auditing IT General Computer Control, Auditing change management, Auditing SAP General Access & High Privileged Access.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or an IT-related field

Have minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role in IT audit fields; Mining experience will be considered and advantage. 

Experience of supporting the development of audit strategies and plans and in leading and supervising risk-based audits; Experience performing Operational, Investigations and IS audits (i.e., ITGC, IS governance, cybersecurity, CAAT, etc.); Experience performing IT audits attesting to organizations’ regulatory compliance and other security frameworks.

Have experience in programming using .Net, Blazor, or MVC.

Familiar with C#, Razor, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SQL Server, Query language and Power BI.

Have experience in auditing User Access Management, Auditing IT Infrastructure & Network, Auditing IT General Computer Control, Auditing change management, Auditing SAP General Access & High Privileged Access.

Have Experience in programming using .Net and familiarity with web server application development is a plus); Preferable with knowledge of Anti-Fraud Program and fraud and ethics investigation.

Leads with integrity and respect; Excellent analytical, technical skills and auditing techniques (i.e. Operations, Investigation, IT internal control);

Strong presentation, verbal and written communication, and interviewing skills; Must be capable of presenting results to senior management.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
