This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Sumbawa Besar. The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies and policies, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently, managing staffing and scheduling, and collaborating with other departments to improve overall organizational performance.

 Qualifications

 

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and experience with inventory and scheduling software

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Indonesian is preferred
