Role Description

This is a contract role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. This is an on-site role located in Lombok, Indonesia.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with job candidates, hiring managers, and clients

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Familiarity with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
