The role of the Sr. Specialist System, Reporting & Vendor Onboarding is responsible for managing the user of system both ERP and Non ERP used by Supply Chain department, identifying any improvement that might be required in Supply Chain Business Process, internal and external reporting and managing vendor onboarding process.



Key Accountabilities:



Implement and maintain purchasing policy, procedures and systems, and monitor the adherence of these procedures within PTAMNT and its suppliers.
Evaluate departmental procedures and practices and ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures.
Evaluate broad market knowledge of commodities, costs, market drivers and be able to produce analytic positions to assist in carrying our procurement and budget forecasting activities.
Provide direction and coordination with the Business Process Group regarding the development, implementation and updating of the supply and transport consolidation modules of the SAP materials management system, SAP Ariba Network. OAS Strategize system and other systems.
Review and analyze purchasing and import/export reports, records and directives, and confer with managers/ supervisors to obtain data required for planning department activities such as new commitments, status of work in progress, Government of Indonesia compliance reporting and problems encountered, maintaining master list and other importation compliances.
Ensure prompt and proper resolution of any claims arising out of supply or procurement activities.
Provide interdepartmental support and expertise in reporting, permitting and dealings with various Governmental Agencies including Department of Mines, Indonesian Investment Board (BKPM), Customs, Department of Industry and Trade including occasional presentation of work plans and domestic support.


Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology or other related fields with minimum 10-12 years hands on experience in Supply Chain vendor management system background, preferably in Mining company
Has minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role as Senior Specialist System, Reporting & Vendor Onboarding / Coordinator/ Lead;
Have experience as Ellipse or SAP user SAP (module SAP Ariba user) 
Experienced on preparing RKAB data and Custom Audit process
Experienced on SAP Ariba SLP, Sourcing and Commerce Automation
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Business Process and custom audit process
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication; Must be capable of presenting results to senior management.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
