What will you do?
Lead a team of electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication technicians from ANG and also from vendors/service providers.
Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
Organize EIT team in case of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Ensure that company policies and systems are clearly understood and implemented effectively and efficiently by each subordinate and service providers / vendors.
Assisting SUPT M/E in developing & implementing plan of activity Maintenance of EIT systems.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems, including control systems, sensors, and safety systems.
Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and standards.
Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systems, including data networks, communication lines, and security systems.
Collaborate with AMNT IT departments and/or service provider professionals to maintain secure and efficient communication networks.
Participate in the planning and scheduling of maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects.
Coordinate with other AMNT departments to ensure seamless execution of EIT activities within the LNG Facility.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication systems.
Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with engineering specifications and standards.
Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the EIT team.
Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Provide training and development opportunities for EIT staff to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, safety metrics, and equipment reliability.
What we need?
Holder of bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
10 years of relevant experience in electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication maintenance and supervision, preferably in the oil and gas industry, refinery or petrochemical.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience in leading and promoting a safety-focused culture.
Proficient knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation devices.
Advanced knowledge of the typical plant layout, equipment
Familiarity with telecommunication systems, data networks, and security protocols.
Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Proficient in operating Microsoft office.
Fluently both speaking and written in English.
Working Conditions:
Placement: Sumbawa
Roster: 4:2 (4 weeks on; 2 weeks off)
Working schedule Monday - Sunday, 12 hours/day
