Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
Order and maintain office supplies inventory
Assist with other administrative duties


Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least D3 Degree / S1, preferably majoring in Hospitality / Tourism
Proficiency in English is a must.
Have Certified Gada Pratama 
Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Professional appearance and demeanor
Willing to be placed in Lombok area
