📌 RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.

🔹 Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, development, payroll, and performance management.

🔹 Build and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture throughout the organization.

🔹 Handle employee conflicts and issues with professionalism and fairness.

🔹 Provide advice and support to management on HR policies and labor regulations.

🔹 Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

🔹 Oversee performance management processes and provide feedback to employees.

🔹 Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

🔹 Promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.

🔹 Experience in managing HR based on digital platforms.

🔹 Handle the administration of medical insurance programs (BPJS) for employees.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS

🔸 Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources management.

🔸 Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.

🔸 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

🔸 Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

🔸 Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and people management abilities.

🔸 HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.

🔸 Reside in Denpasar, Bali.

🔸 Own a laptop.
