📝 English and writing must be very good!

🏡 Experience in short-term/long-term villa rental

💼 Be good at accounting

🛠️ Resolve any issues that may be encountered

📅 Experience in OTA's and Managing Reservations

📄 Real estate agent SIU-P4 license (or willing to take a course)
