Some of your duties will include:
To supervise in the day-to-day activities associated with plumbing, piping maintenance included welding;
Responsible for all plumbing and piping installations are maintained, repaired, serviced and installed as required to international standards. This includes bit is not limited to Fresh water lines, potable water lines, sewage lines, both inside and outside of facilities and domestic installations
Understand & enforces work rules, policies & procedure consistently & fairly
Responsibility maintenance and special project for design piping system, sewer system, well system fire hydrant system, water treatment system, sewage treatment system at Township, Port site, Concentrator and Mining
Responsibility maintenance all accessories plumbing and all equipment for housing, barrack, mess hall and all building Townsite, Port site, Concentrator, Mining
Responsibility maintenance fabricates and welding structural, support pipe, tell plate, tubing / cooper carbon steel pipe and galvanize pipe.
Responsibility joint HDPE pipe, membrane liner HDPE ABS pipe, spigot pipe, mechanical join and votolix joint.
Plans for necessary manpower, materials and equipment necessary for work to be performed.
Organizes and plans work efficiently and completes work within or ahead of schedule with minimal rework.
Effectively communicates the work plan with subordinates and requires their input
Provides a work environment that promotes high employee morale
Involve subordinates in decision making.
Immediately informs superiors of work-related problem and offers solution to them
Understands and completes required paperwork correctly
Provides opportunities for crew members to learn new skills
Involves crew in decision making, delegates, responsivity and encourages teamwork.
What skills and experience do you need?
Tertiary degree qualification in engineering or related field
At least 10 years of experience working with the Plumbing, Piping, Pipe filter & Welding; Have 7 years of related experience as a Supervisor Piping Plumbing in real estate / facility services, and has an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
Has good knowledge of about industry products and processes
Problem detection and resolution skills essential
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and Advanced computer skills.
