Requirements :

Minimum S1 Engineering Naval.

Have a DPA, SMS, ISM Code certificate, and Ship Audit.

Have experience as a ship captain.

Proven experience (3+ years) in the same position and field.

Have Basic Shipping, Planning, Organizing, Analytical thinking, Decision-making, Leadership, MS. Office, and Report writing.

Directly responsible to the Director.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

 

Qualifications:

Creating a ship safety management system including implementation and evaluation of system implementation according to standards applicable.

Analyze, report, and follow up against various forms of non-conformity, accidents, and dangerous incidents that occur on board ships

Supervise the implementation of state training emergency on board.

Checking safety documents and tools in preparation for internal and external audits.

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of internal and external audits related to the ship safety management system.

Update the safety management system according to applicable changes.

Ensure all safety management system documents are validated and stored neatly.
