Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an FB Sales & Event Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with clients, providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The role requires working on-site at Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort in Lombok.
Qualifications
Event Planning, Event Management, and Sales skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using event management software/tools
Experience in the hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
