Role Description
This is a Freelance role as a Driver-Tour Guide in Lombok at TripGuru. As a Freelance Driver-Guide, you will be responsible for providing transportation services and guiding tourists around Lombok. You will ensure a safe and enjoyable travel experience by following itineraries, providing information about local attractions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. You will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from different cultures and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license in Lombok
Valid Tour Guide License is preferred
Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia)
Excellent knowledge of Lombok's tourist attractions and landmarks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Flexible schedule and availability to work on weekends and holidays
Prior experience in tourism or hospitality is preferred
