 Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Project at Invest Islands in Lombok. The Head of Project will be responsible for overseeing and managing project operations, ensuring successful project delivery, coordinating teams, and establishing project timelines and budgets. The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting market research, analyzing project feasibility, and implementing effective strategies to achieve project goals.

 Qualifications

 

Experienced and strong background an Architect 

Strong project management skills

Experience in overseeing and managing complex projects

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Ability to analyze market trends and conduct market research

Good understanding of property development and investment

Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software

Previous experience in real estate or land brokerage is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field
