Job requirements:
- Work experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Front Office Agent at least 1 year. Fresh graduate are welcome
- Have a good computer skill
- Customer service attitude, proactive, confident and well groomed
- Good english and communication skill
- Location at Kuta, Lombok
Job responsibilities:
- Handle all guests check-in and out
- Manage reservations, reports, billings and more
- Welcome guests upon their arrival & assign room
- Provide information, requests, concern to and from the guests
