We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Reservations Coordinator to oversee our resort's bookings across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth booking experience for our guests.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

📌 Manage and optimize resort listings on online booking platforms.

📌 Update availability, rates, and content promptly and accurately.

📌 Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback.

📌 Coordinate with the front office to ensure accurate booking records and exceptional guest welcomes.

📌 Analyze booking data and provide performance reports.

📌 Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

📝 Requirements:

🌟 Proven experience managing bookings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.

🌟 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

🌟 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
