Job Title: Reservation Supervisor

Location: Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Reservation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the reservations daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the reservations team, ensuring efficient and effective handling of all booking inquiries.

Monitor and manage room availability to maximize occupancy rates.

Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and development opportunities.

Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.

Prepare and analyze reports on reservation trends, revenue, and performance metrics.

Implement and maintain reservation systems and procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a reservations or with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position.

Strong knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
