Responsibilities:

Responsible for day to day operational activities includes:

process and control

sales, inventory/ stock

customer services

Manage store team

Coaching and counseling 

 Requirements:

Maximum age 37 years old

Minimum education D3 degree

Have minimum 5 year experience in retail store operations

Strong leadership, good communication & service skill

Have analytical thinking possess

Proficient in English, spoken and written

Computer Literate

Energetic & willing to work based on retail business hours and used to work under pressure

Willing to be relocated to other stores
