Superintendent - Mechanical Maintenance - Smelter PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara Sumbawa Barat NTB

Role Responsibility:

• Responsibile for mechanical maintenance of the Smelter complex including the Smelters, Refinery, Sulphuric Acid Plant, Precious Metal Plant, Utilities, Raw Material Handling Plant and associated infrastructure and equipment at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia in order to maximise uptime of the plant and machinery. 

• To ensure all statutory compliances and adherence to health, safety, environment norms with respect to mechanical maintenance.

• To lead the mechanical maintenance team to embed a culture of quality, safety and sustainability by monitoring performance and upgrading skills.

Requirement:

Graduated Engineer in Mechanical Engineering Major

Have at least 10-15 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance of process plants also 7-10 years of experience of leading team

Understanding of process / hot metal plant maintenance and reliability

Equipment and system expertise

Proficiency in Design and engineering

Proficiency in Project management

Have a great Business acumen
