Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Supervisor located in Lombok (Gili Trawangan & Gili Air).
As a Project Supervisor, you will be the right hand and trusted representative of the project owner in managing all field activities related to project construction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all field operational activities.
Prepare weekly, daily, and monthly work plan reports for the owner.
Ensure that the work complies with project drawings, schedules, and quality standards.
Inspect the work of foremen and subcontractors using checklists.
Ensure that project activities comply with regulations and safety standards.
Maintain good communication and cooperation with the owner, supervisors, and construction management.
Act as the owner's representative on-site, ensuring decisions and actions align with the owner's directives.
Qualifications:
Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
Proficient in using Ms Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Proficient in construction management, including budgeting, scheduling, work methods, quality control, and supervision.
Thorough understanding of project drawings and project targets.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, honest, and able to work well in a team.
Willing to work in the Gili Trawangan & Gili Air area - accommodation & housing will be provided
