Responsibilities:

To plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction project and maintenance works, to deliver products which meet standard requirement, on time and to budget while satisfying the of the client and company;

Responsible to receive work order and provide working schedule then to ensure all Civil works will completed in good result and meet with standard or company regulation.

To coordinate all civil job or carpentry & provide working schedule, estimation of materials needed for every work order;

Inspecting and maintaining civil structures; ensures that products meet specific standards;

Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems

Applying protective coatings to equipment, structures, or surfaces; using various painting techniques (brush, roller, spray)

Lead, organize and provide directions for employee to ensure outstanding performance HSE&Q outcome and the business results;

Maintains consistent standard safety, quality, conduct and productivity: responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of all maintenance systems installed or maintained by the company; Conduct quality control inspections of all maintenance systems installed or maintained; Ensure that all maintenance systems comply with relevant codes and standards, including local, state, and federal regulations; 

Work closely with the maintenance and construction teams to ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest quality standards; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, including inspection reports, work orders, and maintenance records; Communicate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all mechanical plumbing work is completed to company standards and on schedule.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor degree in engineering with minimum of 10 years' experience in civil construction/ infrastructure project and maintenance works as Supervisor Civil;

Experience in repair, maintain, and construct Facilities/ building; Understand all type of materials need for civil job or carpentry; Understand equipment used for civil job or carpentry; Has skill to estimate material need for every work order;

Should experience in calculation of concrete works, civil & building, measuring job strategy and understand drawing; Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;

Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;;

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
