Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara

The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO roster.

Purpose of the Role:

Provide support to the operations department, including:

Develop integrated basic design and technical documents for the construction of Infrastructure that complies with Mining and Civil standards, as well as gathering input from other disciplines (MEP, Archi, Hydro, Sustain, HSR, etc).

Review and/or improve technical documents and construction designs provided by the contractor.

Provide a field technical solution for any deviation or variation execution.

Advisory of project acceleration.

Develop and apply Quality systems for design and inspection for construction jobs.

Accountabilities:

Responsible for providing or reviewing or improving technical and design for construction.

Provide support for all projects which includes variation reporting, and monitoring of milestone progress.

Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.

Actively involved in technical tenders (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements related to a new construction project or study.

Coordinate and work contractor and another related department to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/ completion of the project work.

Perform safety inspection and ensure compliance with safety regulations in operation.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.

More than 10 years of experience in relevant/similar capacity as site engineer/Consultant Engineering Civil projects, leading a small team or contractor for fieldwork activity.

Ability in English well both spoken and written.

Excellent in using civil design software and drawing software.

Capable of developing work-packed budgeting (RAB).

Mastering Project scheduling and forecasting for the project development.

IT knowledge & skills including Distribution Information and Management Systems, e-mail, word processing & spreadsheet programs, Knowledge in the use of MS Excel & PowerPoint is a must, and MS Project and SAP/ERP and Power BI software are highly advantageous.

Capable of generating a new project planning.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Capable of presentation skills and able to explain.

Concepts concisely and accurately.
