About Us: At Amatera Bar & Restaurant Kalandara Resort Lombok, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee all aspects of our F&B operations.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

· Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.

· Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

4. Proven track record in budget management and cost control.

5. Creative menu development and strong kitchen management skills.

6. Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff.
