This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper at Swiss-Belhotel International located in Mataram. The Housekeeper will be responsible for managing laundry, maintaining communication with team members and guests, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating strong organization skills.

Laundry management and organization skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience in training and developing teams

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry

Attention to detail and time management skills

Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards
