As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

Managing guest arrivals and departures.

Assisting with reservations.

Providing guests with information about resort facilities and local attractions.

Resolving guest complaints.

🔑 KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 🔑:

📜 A diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

🌐 Essential knowledge of the Travel and Hotel industry.

⏳ At least 1-year work experience in a Front Desk operation is preferable.

🔍 The ability to work with low supervision and deliver quality work.

💬 Good communication and customer relations skills.

😊 A positive attitude and approachable manner.

🧩 The ability to understand and respond to guests' needs and concerns.

🎯 Flexibility to handle varying guest demands and unexpected situations.
