We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect who is proļ¬cient in technical drawing and holds a STRA certiļ¬cate (optional but preferred). The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the ļ¬eld and be willing to work in Lombok.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Oversee project progress and provide technical guidance.
Utilize software tools for architectural design and technical drawings.
Participate in project meetings and present designs and plans to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related ļ¬eld.
3-5 years of experience in architectural design and technical drawing.
Proļ¬ciency in CAD software and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
STRA certiļ¬cate is optional but preferred.
Willingness to relocate and work in Lombok, Indonesia.
