Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Supervisor at PT Motasa Indonesia in Bima & Sumbawa. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as team management, customer service, communication, and training.
job requirement :
Posses at least Associate Degree (D3) in any major
Having at least 1 year of working experience on the same position
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator / Team Leader in FMCG Industry
Having driver license (mandatory : SIM C)
Required skills: Communication, Leadership, Selling, Negotiation, Motivating, Coaching & Problem Solving
Required knowledge : Distribution & Coverage Management
